yeah well in my dads 90 gal is three catfish and two angels the reason: one of the angles is huge. that angel is killing the smaller one, ripping it apart to the point it runs and hides in my castle. is their any solution to this? it isnt hungry because it does this after i feed it too.

Pairs of any kind of Cichlid don't get along unless you are very, very lucky. Angelfish are a schooling fish, and it's so unnatural for there to be just two one realizes the other runs from it, and the abuse starts.

You'd have to remove the victim before it's killed if you wish to keep it.

I was in this exact situation, keep your favorite one and rehome the other.Heck,I started with 4 and ended up with just the one I have now.

Yep...Agree! Solitary Angels behave well, but two is bound to be trouble...

Well, maybe I have a special Angel. Annabelle is really an angel, although I have heard that some Angels are more devil than angel. Of course all my fish are very well behaved!!!:hmm3grin2orange: ...except for the Africans...

I'm sorry. I do not get it. Are you meaning that your large angel is killing the other one?

If it is, you'll just have to bring it to another tank for a while.

If you watch this video from youtube that this women raises angelfishes, you'll see about a big beast angel, and she just put in the other angels in her big 55 gallon tank.

No...my Angel is is my community tank, and behaves well. The Africans are in a tank on their own, and I find I really don't care for their attidude. I plan on rehoming them soon...
