Right now I am using two of the Marineland Penguin Powerhead 170s.They have those little tube on them for air. But they put all these little pinhead bubbles in my tank and they dont go any where.IF I turn them off they clear up in a hour or two.

I was thinking about getting a Koralia or two,if I need two. What size should I pick up and where would the oxygen source come from or would I have to add something for air.

Thanks you all for being so great.

your skimmer and surface agitation from you powerheads should provide plenty of aeration. Most people don't run airstones or anything like that in SW. What tank size is it? Korilias are great power heads. I have 2 2's in my 29

Agreed, the skimmer and surface agitation should be all that you need. I use the Koralias also and they work great. As stated above you would determine which specific models by the size of your tank and how much water you'd like to move. Most sites you can shop for them on have some sort of a chart where you can reference gph. Good luck!

Those tubes are removable, you don't have to run them. Microbubbles are something you really want to avoid in a SW system. I'd remove those if I were you. The upgrade to Koralias is definitley worth the investment. Remind me again what size your tank is?

If you do go with the Koralias, then I'd personally get 2 Koralia 1's for that tank.
