Nice pics!

I've got a conch as well. It's interesting how they sometimes bury into the sand with only their stalk-eyes poking out. Their method of locomotion is interesting as well, using their clawed 'foot' as opposed to snail like movement.

Thanks! Yeah they will hide most of the time. I have noticed that with my one conch that he loves to come out at night. I am sure you will see your conch eventually.

Very cool :) How about a full tank photo?

Thanks. I will take a photo of my tank as soon as the other light comes on in about an hour. Then I'll post it.

Thanks! Yeah I love to watch them move around in my tank. They are very interesting creatures.

Crud..... Both lights are now on, but there is a problem. The reflection from my windows and french doors make it hard to see my tank. This was the best picture I could get. I will take another one later when it is dark out.

Here is my tank. You can still see a little bit of a reflection on the glass. Sorry about that.

My conchs arrived on Tuesday and they are so cool. The one came in at around 3" long and an absolutely beautiful shell. I need to get some pics of that beauty tomorrow.

Can't wait till ours get bigger, but we'll have to re home most of them once they breed. Even being small they have awesome looking shells. I think we have 6 or 7 that are 1/4 inch or less that were given to us when we picked up our BTA

Awesome looking tank HendersE

Please do take some pictures! I'd love to see them. Also what type of conchs did you get? And wow 3" long is big! Mine are about a inch and a half.

Yeah they do have awesome shells. The only problem with our conchs is that their shells are covered in algae. And thanks!
