Looks like our place, 'cept you have more of the white stuff...

Having said that...with longer days, and a slight increase in temp...we're all thinking spring! I even took the mini-Dachsie for a little outing yesterday!

Wow! You have more snow than we do for sure. We have about 6 inches on the ground right now with just flurries in the forecast. They are saying in the 40's by Thursday and rain!! thumbs2: Seems like we have one or two warmer days and then back to subzero again. :spam: We had 5 below last night. :scry: Really looking forward to spring!! :19:

It was -28 when I drove my kids to school this morning.I wonder if it will ever be +28 again!:11:
That fence that Bowzer is standing over is 6' tall.He can walk over the fence in any part of my yard if he wanted too.

Wow. It looked like that here in Jan but since then we've had some melting days and no huge storms. I had to laugh at the driveway going into those apartments. That driveway is about wide enough for a motorcycle. Your car breaks down there you aren't getting out of it.

im more than sick of it. today i heard new york got a snow day because of a measly foot of snow. WTF! we got like 3 feet of snow when i was in high school and we never ever got a snow day, i didnt go though since noone went if it snowed alot

best part of winter in school though is when we had lockdown drills and fire drills, everyone hated standing in the cold out in the field. if i heard that there would be one that day i would park near the doors and when it went off i would just run out and drive away. they said for lockdowns just go into a room or run outside so me and a few other people just jumped in my car and left

I'm sick of winter and it rarely gets into the 20s. I was born and raised here and I guess have gotten used to the heat and humidity. I hate anything below 70. I would rather be dripping with sweat than bundled up like the Michelin man. When I was younger I made a trip to new jersey to visit cousins. I had like 6 socks and 2 snow suits and was freezing and yet my cousins had one of each and were fine.
It was nice that we got snow this year before christmas. [Only Registered Users Can See Links.]
It was the deepest at a whole inch to two inches since I think they said the 1940's! I don't know how some of you can handle living in such frigid conditions. My BF said he wanted to move to Canada I told him he could go with out me! I'll be going to a sunny beach side area where I can soak up the heat and sun.

::edit:: there was still snow in areas up to 3 days after.
