Yeeaaaahhhh baabbbyyyy! Shake that thing for daddy(blush) My new kribs are starting to display and act up for each other,.The female is doing her wiggle dance for the male whenever he gets close to her.I placed 2 coco huts in discreet locations for them if the numerous driftwood hidy holes dont do it for them. This is soo cool,I hope they have a GREAT time:1luvu:

If they do make babys separate them asap, I just spend 3 hours netting 14 out of my community tank.:hmm3grin2orange:
Oh and did I mention I had to take the tank apart??
Congratulations:19:

The true shame about that is,there is no way I can catch them in this tank.Ill just have to hope for the best.

Cool!! Watch them closely, they'll start spending time together inside, when the female won't let the male back in she's guarding eggs.
Since you said it will be extremely difficult to catch the fry you may want to consider taking the eggs before they hatch

won't be able to go after them with a sypon? I did that the other day with my new batch and that was a lot easier, the fry just freeze in the spot and pretend you cannot see them then:hmm3grin2orange:

No leave the adults were they are, leave some of the fry with them otherwise they'll go bananas(they will go a bit mad anyways for taking some of their babies, but hey thats life:14: )

Do coco caves work well for this purpose,or do they need something with a smaller easier to defend entrance? And do they need something flat inside to lay eggs on or will they just drop them in the gravel?

The hole should be just large enough for the full grown male to enter, eggs are laid on the wall of the cave

Should I close the door off with a bit of wood or stone to make it smaller?

I think she'll be able to defend it
