Yes there is the tiger Shovel nose catfish. They get huge.

Ahh ok. It probably isn't a Julii.

It is probably a trilineatus. Fish stores sell them as Julli but there ususally not. If you only have one than he needs some buddies. At least another 2. :ssmile:

i originally had two but one was recently killed by some type of white thin fungus, not ick or cotton so...

im hoping the fungus stopped since it also killed 3 neon tetra, i hope im not giving off the vibe that im a bad person

No of course your not a bad person. It happens to all of us at some stage. :ssmile: Some deaths in this hobby can't even be explained. No marks no boating no nothing. It's very strange.
