I looked in my 29g after work today with 3 Whitefine Cory and 1 schwartzi cory and saw what I think were eggs. They are not all over the tank just one or two here and there on the back wall. Maybe between 15-20 eggs. They do not look clear like the videos I've seen, but they are the same size. I touched one and it felt like it was harden to the glass.

Sure looks like a little cory egg to me.... they will be eaten pretty quick if they are...give it a few hours and your glass will be clean again thumbs2:

If I want to save them what should I do? Also how do I get them off the glass without messing the eggs up?

I used a very thin strip of plastic, but anything flat will work. May want to check any plants you have in the tank too, they will leave eggs on them too sometimes. They should be easy to take off, put them in your quarantine. If they are fertile they should start hatching in about 3 days. Get some fry food too.

Problem is I have no empty or quarantine tank. Can I still do anything?

You need something to separate them - I've used a tupperware container, and a breeding net with luck before.

A breeding net would be good, would provide water movement and keep the eggs safe from the other fish. You could try using tupperware container like gemini suggested, any kind of plastic container would work. Put want to put an air stone in it as well.

I tried to get 4 off with no luck. There are 15 left in the tank since I saw them around 4PM 5 hours ago. I will leve them in the tank with 4 silver dollars and 4 cories. See what happens.

Your lucky! Mine don't last 5 mins!
I use a razor or a credit card to scrape them off.

Tried rolling them off with your finger? I wasn't able to, but some people do that.
