this morning found my big clown loach with his eyes clouded over and his gills flapping like crazy everyone else in the tank is fine what the heck happened i think i will do a 25% water change:fish2: :help:

Look at him closely for Ick. Clowns are suspectible to it.
There is no visible ich on the outside, there are other loaches and they are ok :help:

cloudy eye probably. usually brought on by lax water conditions. Be sure to only use half doses of any medication you use (loaches are scaleless) and keep the water crystal clear! You have to catch this early on to get rid of easily. good luck with your loach. (I recommend melafix/pimafix)

after a couple of water changes my loach greatly improved. I think i didnt have enough air getting into my sump and the water was slightly mouldy so i drlled more holes in the lid of the sump and added a powerhead to agitate the water in the sump

good to hear that he has improved! clowns are tricky to medicate properly. good job!
