Plant Gro?

Is this a good fert? What have been the results you and what plants and lights did you have. I'm thinking about get some but don't want to waste money on something that doesn't work.

55g with 2 20w fluorescent lights. dosed plant-gro and i kept high light plants and stuff lots of people have trouble with (cabomba for example) without issues. plant gro helped a ton
