Like the title says, whats your favorite?

I have been obsessed over loachs for the last month. I have three types of loaches, kuhlis, horseface and strata loach. The horse face is the best looking and the strata loaches have the best personality.

Whats yours?

My best personality loach that I currently have is my dwarf horsefaced loach, the prettiest ones I have are my gastromyzon sp.

My favorite loach has to be Schistura, I'm hoping on getting a couple of the neon blue's soon, but their pricy as heck but come in m/f pairs.

i've always grown up seeing clown loaches. I don't think i knew there were any other kind of loaches for the longest time.

Clowns are my favorite with B. kubotai a close second. The striata are entertaining as well....My yoyo loaches are buttheads.

In my area, clowns and yoyos can be found just about everywhere. I found my striata totally on accident when I drove across town to a fish store specializing in African Cichlids. My kubotai I had to order online....I've only found one at my LFS.

Wow....good pricethumbs2:

My biggest one is about 3" and I've read they don't get much larger than 4" so sounds like you have good info.

I've installed red LED lights so that I can see them when they get active at night.
