Fry Tank Clean Up Crew

Who would do a better job at consuming uneaten, very small particle sized, fry food from the sand (think Hikari's First Bites) - Dwarf Shrimp or Mystery Snail?

My cherry shrimp really pick through the grains of sand, I would assume shrimp

Shrimp would be more efficient, since you can keep a bunch of them without adding much load to your tank. They die off quicker than snails, but they reproduce well, without being as invasive as snails can be.
