He... she... It's quite the ham! Every time I try to take a photo of another fish I have a "mysterious" blue fuzz in front of the screen.

I'm thinking that you have a male right there, the fins are too long to be female IMO.

I'd put money on it being a male, i have a paradise fish as well and i think mine is a female, as Alex said fin length and colour are telling factors.
From what i've seen females are nowhere near as colourfull.
