How can I get rid of these things....
I adjusted my flow of my Koralia 2...
I might do a water change...My NO3 have been at 0 for weeks though
I can't get a fish for a while...maybe a week and a half to two weeks.
I heard good things about Salifert Exit...but the die off of the flatworms...creates toxin in the tank that can wipe it out...
What to do?

Up to you.

I too panicked when I first had flatworms. Took me a week to work up the courage to try the Salifert product.

Finally I dosed the tank. Did the WC. Everything was fine.

But I didn't get them all. I have them again. This time I'm leaving them alone unless I see that I'm having a problem. They're really not an issue unless the population spikes out of control.

I personally think that you should nip the problem in the bud now before they get out of control. When there is a huge population, it makes getting rid of them all the more dangerous for your tank mates.

Remember, what you can actually see is just the tip of the iceberg, there will be many hundreds, if not thousands more in your rocks.
