pregnant molly

My balloon belly molly just had 40 babies yesterday, and today I caught her sitting on the bottom of the tank/leaning against the glass. I can't tell if it's stressing her more to remove her from the rest and put her in a breeder, or should I just leave her be in the tank? None of the other fish are really harassing her, but sometimes the male molly does.

Any suggestions?

You should leave her in the tank. if you put her in the breeder she will get stressed out even more.

If you think the male is bothering her to the point that it will cause her to die from stress, get the male away from her. You could move her into the breeder, but this will definitely put stress on her which is what you don't want. So I would suggest putting the male in the breeder. He won't like it, but if its a matter of life and death, separate them.
