Hiya all,

I have managed to get a photo of my Krib fry now four months old. As you can see the colours are coming through nicely.

Very nice for 4 months.. my geos are almost getting to be that old and their colors are coming in also... nice pic!

I'm always surprised at how slow fish grow.

This observation based on the few livebearer babies that have survived being eaten...

It was hard to capture the colours and also difficult because there are only a few really colourful dominant males in the tank. Each big fish being in charge of his little area. lol

from what age can you tell what sex they are??

Sorry mrs.fishpatrick - I know I said males but I should have said 'big fish in the tank'.

I don't think you can sex the age for definate for several months yet. Maybe someone else will be abe to advise better as these are my first krib fry too.
