I have set up a new tank and i have a metal buddah in the tank. It looks really cool, especially with my green plants. Its like a buddah garden like i have seen in Thailand. My question is this. Is the metal (stainless steel i think) harmfull to the fish? Will it rust? Is there anything i can treat it with to help?

If it's stainless steel, it should be fine in the aquarium. It doesn't rust and it shouldn't leach anything dangerous in the water.
Sounds really cool by the way.

If you're not absolutely sure it's stainless steel, take it out just to be on the safe side. Also, if it's painted, it should probably be removed if you're not sure the paint won't leach into the water.

before you take it out (if you have to) post a pic. Sounds really cool!
