BTA acclimation time

We have a small BTA on a drip now and was wondering how long we should have it acclimate . Its at a rate of 1 drip per second. I was think 1.5 hrs, but should it be longer or shorter. Thank you

i drip all of my nems for 2 hours, but the store i buy from has nearly the same water parameters as me. if your water is a large gap from the store/guy youre buying from i would even say 4 hours

You can't really acclimate them for too long... the longer the better (obviously I don't mean for days...). I would suspect that 3-4 hours max will do though.

Thank you for the suggestions. I ended up doing it for 2.5 hrs until the parameters were almost identical to mine. Then I floated the bag for 20 min to get it up to temp. As of this morning its doing great and it ate some squid. It hasn't moved so it must like its spot
