Awesome!! He's so cute, looks like our boy Sidney when he was still a little thing. He got lost for a month when we were on vaca. in Canada. My parents found him a month later, super skinny, and brought him home on their motorcycle. After that he's never been below 16 lbs. We also have two flame point siamese sisters, they drive me crazy but I love them, lol

Beautiful tanks too!!!

Cheech is a stray that showed up in a litter of barn kittens, hes not a pure bred Siamese...but we usually just call him a Siamese out of habbit as he looks like one. Hes still a young guy about 10months old and hes not to bit but hes really heavy last time he was at the vet he was 13lbs. Since hes just so much of a baby and pretty Ive brought him into the house where he spends most of his time, he still likes to go down to the barn and play during the day tho :)

Thanks for the comments everyone :)

From what I understand, if you cross a siamese with anything else the kittens are all black. I think he is absolutely 100% siamese. My cousin has two siamese crosses (also barn cats) and they are jet black, but are built and act like siameses. Their bodies look more siamese than my cats do. He looks like an applehead siamese, that's what all mine are. They don't have the typical skinny body/angular face and look more like a regular house cat. I'd say he's a chocolate point too, looks just like my boy!

lol Id say so to but his mother is a crazy colored black cat with a white undercoat Im pretty certain she has siamese in her as she looks like the random black morphs that pop up from time to time. His 2 sisters are black one is jet black, the other is like their mother, and he had a brother who looks like a full Siamese but was born with literally half a tail. I named him Chong and he lives with my SO.

I prefer the more traditional animals I hate how americans have made most breeds so thin and frail looking. Its really evident in animals like the siamese, doberman, and german shepard. Look at their traditional european cousins...same breed yet so very diffrent in structure :)

Weird, I always thought all crosses were black. Is Siamese a recessive gene or something? I guess I'll have something to research later tonight when I have more time!

I was wondering where Chong was too, lol

I think it is, Im sure this female cat has some form of Siamese/Himalyan background because she has such random coloring. Shes a base of dark chocolate brown with darker brown/black stripes and you brush her fur back toward her head and its white. She was one of the last of our barn cats to get spayed so she did have I think 2 litters and in both of those litters half of her kittens were near perfect siameses, these cats could literally pass for purbreds. But in these litters she would have 1 kitten that looked like her and a solid black one as well...and in her last she had a rather attractive grey/black tabby with blue eyes...and she apparently had some manx genetics as well as some of her kittens would be missing parts of their tail. Like chong had half a tail...another kitten had like 1/4 of a tail...another had half and one didnt have a tail at all. Id love to know her genetic background :)
