Rainbowfish Diet Question

Can someone point me to a good article or website on Rainbows. I feed them Aueon Flakes for the staple diet and once a week Frozen Mysis shrimp and once a week Frozen Blood Worms i usually soak in two dropps of Kent Garlic Extreme for about 15 to 20 minutes for each Cube. I believe Garlic is good for fish. any thoughts?

I would just feed New Life Spectrum. The rainbows at work color up very well and very fast on it. It has garlic in a number of the different foods. There is an article on Fish Nutrition in my blog if you are interested (I am not sure where the one I posted as a thread ended up, it started in the Food Section, don't know if it's still there, in the article section, or what).
