i don't know i like talking okay...oh yeah guys this has nothing to do with anything but i thought i'd tell you i stepped on a nail and it went through my big toe....it hurts so bad...worse than the shot i got for it too

I stepped on a nail a few years ago too. Except it went into the middle of my foot. It does hurt!

I stepped on a rusty piece of metal in the shallows at a beach once. Now THAT was painful lol. Big puncture wound and salt water getting in to top it off. And then of course, the tentanus shot...

i honestly think this is my bad week or something...my teacher and i got into an argument because he gave me attitude about something, i lost my favorite pen, i called my recruiter from the bathroom, somebody got me soaked with bass water (wouldn't have minded except it was on purpose and its my new army shirt), and my teacher keeps giving me bad looks.

I swear i'm going to go and kill him in about 30 sec. i didn't even go to my lunch which makes day 2 of not eating! my foot hurts like there is no tomorrow. I might just drop out, get my GED, and then join the army. That way everybody wins...i join sooner, my dad doesn't have to see me, and nobody at school can make me angry!

i know this has nothing to do with this but i'm really PO'd right now

Don't drop out of school. You've already put so much time into it that you will regret it later on. Just give it some time. Today is just a bad day after all :)

Cheer Up Miss Lindsay, Quiting school is a crazy idea, you have gone this far you can finnish it. I don't see you as a Quiter...are you?

Now Crack a smile and don't let the stuff you can't control bother you...it's part of life you have to figure out a way to deal with those things. Some days are GR8 and some are Cr@ppy, you just can't give up on the most important things to you because "you had a bad day" (Hey I know that song...lol) Ok sorry my "Mommy" instincts kicked in, I just really like you and would hate to see ya make a big mistake and not at least have someone try to talk some sense into you!! Hang in there Chickie..things will get better.:1luvu:

Ya know, so many things heppen that are outside our realm of control. In praticular, bad things, like what you are describing. While you don't have control over every situation, good or bad, you do have a choice. You can choose to mope around, feel sad, or you can choose to learn whatever you can from the experience, and move on to bigger and better things.

I was tearing down a old shed with a cousin and he leaped from like 10 feet right into a rusty nail... so much blood

yeah my day got worse after that...i have inschool suspension tomorrow so i won't talk to any of you. i get to sit in a room with a fat teacher and do nothing all day....i hate my shop teacher

sorry to hear that Lindsay.
One time I was camping in the desert with a fire going. One of the peces of wood blew out dangerously close to the chairs. Being the idiot that I am, I decided to put it out by stoming on it. BAM! right onto a rusty nail. Then, I had to go to the urgent care room waiting for my tetanus shot with a bunch of people with the flu (it was in december.)
