Would a 6 Line Wrasse be fine in my 29g tank? And would it be fine with a Goby of some type and a Royal Gramma? Might be able to get a 6 Line for 15$ from someone selling their livestock on craigslist. I don't want to rush into another fish purchase.

Thanks,
travie

They can be agressive and are a little too active for a 29, I was going to get one but decided not to. They may eat inverts as well. If it causes problems your never gonna get it out, lol

I'd have to agree. Although they stay rather small, they really are better suited to a 40gal minimum.

I would try a hawkfish. I just got a falco for free and its a neat fish. Leaves my clowns and inverts alone as well

At one time I planned on a Longnose Hawkfish, but then I learned my mobile inverts might not be safe (hermits and snails). Right now my stocking plan is a Yellow Watchman Goby, a Royal Gramma, and 1 or 2 other fish that would be well-suited for my tank (most likely 1 other fish).

If you get the 6-line, keep a good lid on your tank, they can be jumpers.
