hello everyone :22: , i have been looking through the forum and i am very impressed, you people seem to know your stuff thumbs2:

i am a beginer, and im trying to do research on the plans i have :help: but google isnt really helping haha

by thursday i will have a 55gallon and a 20 gallon, for the 55 i would like to do salt water fish, but in one of the tanks i would like more agressive fish but i dont know which ones would grow too big for the 20gal

if you guys can give me some advice and answer my questions along this journey that would be great :l24: hahaha nice smileys

but would the 20gal be too small for a salt water set up?

im thinking of ciclids and oscars but i want them to have enough room

kinda confuzed as to what im doing in what tank

Hi and welcome. Oscars need at least a 75g tank. If you're doing cichlids the 55g would be the better tank like country boy said. Good luck!

also a thing would be crowding obv. how many cichlids can i put in the 55 gallon tank? and what else could i put in there with them that wouldnt get eaten

well the first tank that will be set up is my salt water tank

i will have some clown fish in there (would like to get a male and female)
also a male and female blue tang
some yellow tang
fish along those lines, what do you think? how many should i put in the 20 gallon tank?

The best thing to do. Research. I find that my self. Google is not the answer to everything. IMO Forums are.
