Corner Flo Aquariums

My lfs sells alot of the Perfecto Corner Flo (http://www.marineland.com/sites/Marineland/products/productdetail.aspx?id=2054&cid=2052&mid=3228)tanks. They have black plastic dividers in one or more corners of the tank with predrilled holes in the tank floor behind them. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of setup? Pros or cons?

All I know is, I see these in all the doctors offices. Lots of public tanks. Can't wait to hear what our fellow AC members have to say about them, I really like em'.
