the hogchoker is a small flatfish, there are several names for this freshwater flounder, freshwater sole. I never see this fish in the local store, but I'm interesting in getting one of this. can anyone give me some advices. Is this fish prefers brackish water or fresh? I heard some said brackish. However I don't know for sure. I live in Orange county, Southern CA. If anyone can give me a location where I can this fish. They do have it website but the shipping price is exceed the fish's price. Thank
