Can you guys help me identify this plant

I got this plant on saturday at the lfs. If it is too hard to tell form the bad camera phone pics the leaves are rigid, not rounded. The plant is over 12 inches tall.

Also,

Can anyone identify the tetra? I believe it is a serpae tetra, but it looks just like a red minor tetra.

Red minor and serpae tetras are one and the same species. A guess on the plant being moneywort.

The moneywort I have has rounder leaves to it. But same similar shape.

Looks like the submerged version of water wisteria.
