Question about Nitrates

If nitrates are rising does that mean a finished cycle is going good? Or will they naturally rise regardless?

What are all of your perameters?
A cycled tank should have 0 nitrites and ammonia,and no more than 20ppm nitrates.

Rising Nitrates in a cycling tank indicates that the cycle is done. Now you do water changes to keep the Nitrates at or below 20ppm....

ammonia and nitrites are 0. Nitrates are 10 and rising little each day. So I just make sure they stay below 20?
