With what?
More than one together?
What did it not bother?
What did it bother?
Did you ever see it?
Anything else?

Can't help you either. I had one, but I don't think he made it.

I have a PS now and he's been in the tank for about 4 months now or so. He's paired up with a Yellow Watchman and they seem to do well. The PS doesn't bother any of my main livestock. But from time to time he will make dinner out of a passing snail or hermit crab. They're both pretty social in the tank, you can find them out and about but generally hang out in front of their burrow. I must admit that the PS does annoy the living hell out of me sometimes. As he never stops burrowing which leads to less than clear water on occasion and heaping piles of sand in different places. Also, he seems to enjoy moving smaller frags around in the sand to suit his mood. Another favorite past time seems to be pruning back my GSP's however I've moved those higher since. I'm still happy that I have them both. But if I were to move to a larger tank I'm not so sure that I would keep them.

Did you buy them as a pair or did they pair off in your tank?

**I have a pistol, just one
**didn't really bother too much at first, my peppermint shrimp was killed, (probably by the pistol) about a month after I added the pistol
**Didn't seem to bother too much, heard a lot of snapping, but after the peppermint died, didn't hear too much after that...my cleaner is still alive and well, unbothered at the moment
**I saw it quite a bit, I would rubberband krill to a rock, and the watchman goby would escort him to the krill...

Yes, this I have seen!! I was wondering how so many of my hermits are now wearing astrea shells....lol! And both of my emerald crabs were killed right away...so far the PS and his goby are doing great...keeping him fed isn't too difficult he'll forage for plenty of stuff. Drop him a few krill once or twice a week and things should be fine.

and they paired in my tank: pistol first, watchman second...
