Hey guys.
i have some new additions to my tank.
i have a few turbo snails, some nerith snails, 1 unidentified snail, and some unidentified hermits. i'll post pics tomorrow

this is one area my wife and I do not agree for sure. Snails. I say "yeah, cool!!" and she says "E[Only Registered Users Can See Links.] GROSS" lol

Sounds like a pretty good take there!!

Ok here are the pics first 2 are the hermits, the next 2 are turbo snails i think, and the last is a hermit crab. anyone know what type opf hermit crabs?

Pretty hard to tell what pic #5 is...kind of a lousy picture. Maybe post a better pic and we'll take a second look. It is probably just a blue leg hermit, they can actually come in several different colours. How much did you pay for it? The price will help narrow it down.

Those snails all look like Nerite snails to me. Something for you to be aware of, especially in Australia, be careful when buying inverts like snails and stars. There are a lot of temperate species that have made their way into stores and onto websites and they are being sold as tropicals. The problem with this is that the warm water in the typical reef tank makes them unsuitable inhabitants and they don't last very long. A number of temperate species actually come from the southern waters of Australia. Good to see things getting going with your tank. :)
