I siliconed with all-glass silicone a stack of slate for my 10g high. My lfs said let it cure for 1 week, and the package says 24 hours to dry and cure. who's right

being as you're going to be putting water in the tank i would let it cure for the one week. drying time for normal silicone takes about 24 hours to fully cure, but in this application i would wait it out the week to play it safe. that's a lot of pressure being exerted on those seams

I did a water change, and the water is cloudy. How long til it goes away

are you sure it's cloudy and not air bubbles created from removing/adding water to the tank?

its been cloudy for a bit now. I change 20% of water every hour to clear it up. Absolutely all debris and crap is outta the gravel

You dont need to do it every hour. Do a water change once a day at most
