I hate cabomba, it is a weed (and no longer int he 150)

I didn't know cabomba could be a weed, but it is in my 150. I took it all out. Some of the strands were 4' long. It was blocking the light from all the lower plants. The tank is much brighter. I am going to get some more tiger lotus and try big swords in the back. Here is a video:

trim it? or does it grow that fast in your tank it's not even worth trying?

Your lotus is beautiful. Another plant I can't see to get another here! Even PetSmart hasn't had the bulb my last upteen trips there.

I want lower maintenance than needing to go in every week and trim.

They seem to carry the lotus most of the time at the wholesaler we go to. They sell for about $15 and I paid $5.

i had the same problem, in my old 55g planted the cabomba was just a weed, had tons of it
