I am not 100% sure that my fish has gill flukes. My brother actual noticed one of my discus breathing heavier on one side. Since he pointed this out to me, I've noticed that the gill seems to be larger than the other side. Has anyone had a similar issue?? If so, how did you treat it?

The fish has been like this for several months now, and I have not seen any change in its behavior, eating, or color. Thanks for the help!!

Thanks for the article post. I will work on getting some pictures of the fish too. I just don't know for sure if this is what is happening. The fish has been this way for several months and I use a parasite killer with every water change. I am going to try the medicine recommended in the article too.

Wouldn't the fish have shown more affect's of the disease?? The fish eats, but one thing I'm nervous about is that sometimes she will appear to be a little bit skinny.

Thanks for the help!
