driftwood ?

Is it safe to use driftwood that has been soaked in a 1 part to 19 part bleach/water solution and then soaked for a couple of hours in wate/dechlorinater solution? Thanks.

If you take it out of the water, do it still smell like bleach? Most people soak their driftwood until it is water logged, so it doesn't float in your tank.

You could let it air dry for a day or two to get remaining bleach smell out if you think it still exists in the wood. You also will be using dechlorinated water in your fish tank so it really should be fine.
