Hi everyone.
It has been quite a while since I last visited the A.C. We have been so extremely busy that the internet has been used for banking and emails only. No time for the other haunts. :sconfused:
I must say, however, that things are pretty much allright in the house of Stone. All my fishies are doing their usual fishy thing...even my black sailfin mollies joined in the spirite of the season with a batch of pitch-black bootifool babies. Too darn cutesiepie for words.
As far as Boertjie the husband goes...well..the man is busy at work and has very little time for much else...except his nano reef tank which he simply adores. It is quite a few months old now...and sports a camel shrimp and a watchman goby...the two sharing a cave hubby has made for them...two little crabs....a beautiful orange starfish...two little common grey starfishy thingies...a yellow tailed damsel and one of those blue devils...
They are absolutely stunning little fish and swoop and dive all over the show..especially when they are fed fresh brine shrimp...We are making all kinds of plans to set ourselves up with a big saltwater tank hopefully some time this year...when the saltwater thing hooks you it is worse than the tropical fish thingie....
As for the family...well...my son finished high school and is now embarking on the job hunt thing. What with EEC here, being light of colour and finding a job is extremely difficult...but we will perservere...I am just glad he is living with us again and is no longer in boarding school.
Well that is the news for now..all ten cats and three birds doing ok....
Oh yes....the pond has finally been dug...now it's for the cementing etc etc etc.....WHEN...the husband gets the time....poor angel
