Ok, missing not having a betta...

I wanna buy a 5g from a store with everything for 20 bucks and get a betta :))) Are their any other fish that could go in with him?

Its really pushing it with a 5gal.
I wouldn't put anything else unless its a shrimp treat!
Demi this is why I always suggest a ten.Nobody is ever happy with one fish in a tank.:11:

ADF?

I expected only Shrimp, but thought to ask just incase! LOL

A 5g is the bare minimum I can get away with ATM..

I am deciding on whether obtaining Cherry Shrimp or the Betta..

ADF are supposed to be extremely light on the bio load, their really low waste from what I read. OR You could put a couple of snails in with him.

A 5 G is perfect for a betta and a mystery snail or two:) If you provide some java moss and lots of other plants, you could put shrimp with him. Some would prolly be eaten, but if you start out with eough of them, some will survive and hopefully breed:)
