hi guys ive tried a bunch of colour enhancing pellets and flakes before and i just bought "cichlid gold" from my local aqaurium but i was thinking of buying "new life spectrum" from ebay the testomnial looks pretty convincing to me. guaranteed results or money back. what is your fav or best you have tried?

I have HEARD (not tried) that live mosquito larvae works wonders with health and colour enhancing.. I need to try it sometime ;)
Never tried NLS, but many have recommended it and from what I have read, it is pretty good :))

Hikari and NLS are both good for color

New Life Spectrum is the only thing I trust with any of my fish anymore. I used Hikari extensively for years before switching to NLS and the NLS is definitely better. All four color-enhancing ingredients are all natural. There are no artificial colors. And the one preservative is only in the meals as required by law, not added to the food. You can check out my Photobucket page (link in my signature) to see all my fish. It is the only thing I have fed for about three years now and I wish I had started sooner.
The exact type depends on what you are feeding. Pay attention to whether it floats or sinks and the pellet size, the formula is the same for most of them.

NLS is what I use now too.
