You get any advance warning or did you just see the aftermath?

LMAO, now that would be nuts!!!! Go to work knowing you have a nice looking tank. Come home to a barren wasteland wondering what the He** happened? Like a tornado in the tank, and just rampant devastation everywhere.

I can't wait to see what it looks like when you get it complete. I so badly miss my 55 gallon tank. I just don't have the room for one at the moment. I just know that I was extremely happy with it when I did have one. That's what happens when you have waaaaaay too much stuff, and never want to part with it..........

The natural stone adds a lot~when you stacked to make the cave areas did you attach them somehow so they wouldn't slide/move around?

i have the exact same thing. I love it. I was curious because I seen you had some live plants and was wondering how much luck you were having with growing in it.

mr jim i didnt silicone the rock together, as large as they are theres nothing in the tank big enough to move them.. lov the plants do fine in the sand no co2 or ferts tho i have thought about getting some type of ferts

Awesome!!!!!!!!!! That gives me hope. I was so scared the plants I just bought would die due to the sand thing which I really didnt think about before I bought them. I am up the same boat. I dont want to deal with co2 or ferts. Do you mind sharing the types of plants you have had luck with growing in sand or ones that didn't? If you dont want to tell I understand :)

Oh OK ~ I'm so clumsy I'd knock something down when I vacuumed the bottom. So aquarium silicone is the ticket if ya did want to glue together, I'll keep that bit of info in mind...I sure do like the natural look of the caves.
