hello everyone
im new to this site iv got a red tail catfish x and a redbelly pacu and a oscar and a another catfish with big wisker things they all live in same tank 6ft/2ft/2ft and yes im looking for bigger tank or indoor pool can anyone tell me if the 2 catfish can live together forever as been told they wont as get older they about 10 month old now and get on well .any info would be greatful thanks

If you post some pics of your cats we can identify it and let you know if they can live together.
They probably can but will need a huge amount of space.
How big is the pacu right now?

my pacu is about 17" now my redtail cross is about 15" my whiskers catfish is about 17" and my oscar is 10" and yes i do need bigger tank i bought these fish and not really know what was buying got told they wouldnt grow much bigger and pacu been 9" at time and fully grew so said that was big 4 me but now he bigger

Those fish are getting big but are not full grown yet!
Try and post some pics. What colors are Whisker the cat?

l its a brown catfish he getting bigger i know that he really long wiskers iv put a pic of one that looks like it will i will load some pics on tomo of my fish

He looks like that and it is 17" long.
The cat in the pic looks like a jaguar catfish,I don't think they grow to 10".

That's Perrunichthys perruno. He'll reach a bit over two feet long.

It is also known as the leopard catfish.
There is not a lot of info available on them.I guess it is a rare catfish.
As for diet I would go with NLS foods and plenty of green veggies.

Yeah, knew it was a perruno cat soon as I saw it. They used to be very common in shops, 'til people found out how big and predatory they get.
