youre back!

with the firebelly newt, they can secrete a poison if they get scared, which IMO is risky with the senegal

Yeah I had to quit my job for school so I had no money, so it slowly got a little dull, but with christmas money i decided to buy the little guy and it feels like I just started fish keeping!

But, I hope they dont easily get scared, theirs a bunch of guppies(feeders), 2 ghost shrimps(feeders), and a pretty big snail..

Even a half-grown bichir would eat a newt. Then the poison from the newt will kill the bichir. Newts need a semi-aquatic setup (land and water), not an aquatic setup. The newt needs a completely different setup (shallow water, and about 1/3-1/2 land and the rest water).

well, the newt survived.
