What are the most docile killies that would be good for a community aquarium?

One of the panchax species would probably be best for your tank plans. I'd be careful with Golden Wonders, they're known fish eaters. Blue panchax would work out okay.

The annuals and smaller species like rockettail are too docile for your tank, they do best in species only tanks.

Thanks ... you saw my proposed list on the other board ... I discovered killies after I had written that ... was going through the list of fish on the lfs's website trying to figure out what they all are ... the guppies, molly, platty and silvertips are all very dear to my kids (they have names and stuff) ... so their safety is paramount at this point

The only ones in danger of the GW Killies are the guppies. And I sure hope your kids have names! ;)

well the fish have names like spot, fatty platty, etc. ... the kids are just thing 1, thing 2 and thing 3 ...

Blue Panchex are great fish to have!
