What's the best food?

Just out of curiosity; what do you feed you'r discus? 8O :?:
Live food or frozen? What about supplement?

I've read about the possibility to feed them flake food, but I've never tried it yet. What are you experiences with flakes?

You will get one answer for everyone you ask that question. That said.

Live food is almost always preferable to other foods, but not necessary. The most important thing is that you over your discus quality food and offer variation in their diet. I also recommend that you read the articles in the library.

Whats the easiest way to feed discus in large groups. I have 150 gallon aquarium that is two feet tall and i am having a wee bit of trouble feeding them right. technique maybe? also what combination of live food and flake should i be using?

Well live food is better if you can vary by using different types of live food. If so feed live food as much as you can. I would also consider using frozen food.
