Uhm, I've got a hint of ammonia - 0.25, Nitrite 0.25x, Nitrate 6.0x and pH is on 7.3.

I have a Ryukin Oranda and today because of the end of cycle I added a Shubunkin. The tank is at temp-22C.

And the tank has been cycling for about a month now.

The ammonia hasn't really decreased for the last 3 days, and with the extra Shubunkin its likely to rise a tad. I'm going to lower the food intake and continue doing 10% water changes every 2-3rd day.

Any advice?

Cheers.

I would have waited until it was finished cycling to add another goldfish but it should be ok as long as you keep watch of it.

I agree with Hobbs.....with any ammmonia or nitrite readings you weren't done cycling. Now that you added another (messy) fish, you will need to watch those parameters and do water changes to keep on top of it. Unfortunately, this will also slow things down for you. When you change the water to dilute the toxins, just remove the water, don't disturb the gravel or filter media except for what would be considered your regular weekly water change. That will help you not disturb the good bacteria that is trying to cultivate.
