LOL My wife was sitting near me until I opened up this thread!:18:
That was funny, she can't stand them.I think they are cool when they are tame.
Your daughter looks thrilled! Thats good timing for a great find!
It really heals the blues.
How does your wife feel about handling them? She doesn't look all that thrilled, but at least she's willing to hold it!:19:
You don't look like you have a problem with it,or are you asleep?:c3:

I think they live about 3 years if well taken care of.

Hehe just the idea of getting a rat, makes me laugh at how my family would react to it. probably wouldn't get past the front door to the house.

Aww they are so cool! You will love them. They are the friendliest of creatures ever.
I had 2 before just regular ones and they lived to 3 years and the other to 3 and a half years. They had a 4' tank and used to be let out to run around my room nearly every night! lol

I announced it to you all when I got these little girls. They were awesome fun little pets and were very loving to each other as well as to us. The dogs learned to keep there noses out of there cage and the cats learned to keep there paws out too as they werent so loving of that! The last of them(Darcy) passed on this morning and was buried under our small live xmas tree not yet planted. I would post pics of there later years if I had any but they were lost when my computer crashed. Thanks to all who gave advice on there keeping,it was appreciated.:22:
