What could I put in a 5.5g with 4 African Dwarf Frogs?

or...what could I put in a 10g with them?

Any suggestions? I'm open to anything.

not a male betta with the ADF's tho. too agressive for the frogs passive nature.

Cherry shrimp are more colourful.
