Any ideas how long does a ghost shrimp carry its eggs before they hatch?

Shrimp! Roughly 3 weeks, maybe a bit longer. Heres a nice article someone wrote http://www.fishforums.com/forum/invertebrates/17996-breeding-ghost-shrimp-palaeomonetes-patulous.html

Get some java moss or other planty stuff they can hide out in, else they'll get eaten up. Haven't had any luck with the ghost shrimp yet, their numbers haven't gone up any. My red cherry shrimp tank has more than tripled in population.

I have her isolated in another tank with a lil java moss so as long as she doesnt eat them they may have a chance. Thanks

Don't think they eat their own, unless it's already dead?

Yup, no need to separate her, unless you have fish. She releases them alive and well, looking and acting just like adult shrimp just 1/50th of the size. :)
