I am also considering doing Killiefish in my 125. It is going to be heavily (well not TOO heavily) planted. I would like a community tank, so do Killies get along great with other Killies or other fish? Like maybe Tetras or just other Killies? Sorry for all the questions, I am trying to get this all figured out before I start on my tank!

Depends on what kind of killies, there are lots of different species, and some are semi aggressive and fin nippers.

yep that's right. "golden wonder" killies can get big enough to swallow neons whole. i've had a 1 inch gardneri nip the fins off of the speediest tetras. but then my clown killies are the most peaceful fish i've got, and would probably be abused in a community with larger fish. there are no blanket statements, as always, do your research and i'm sure there's a species that will go well with your community.

I don't plan on putting any larger fish in the tank. The killies would probably be the biggest fish in there.
