I'm currently feeding NLS Thera+A to them and attempting to feed Omega One Marine Flakes with Garlic. I'm pretty sure they are eating the pellets, not sure about the flakes. I'm wondering your opinions on the best food to fee them like brand and type(frozen, pellet, or flake?) I know the NLS I have now will be fine for awhile especially since I just bought them, but long term I'm not sure. My fish thank you.

I don't have clowns so I can't speak from experience, but on the NLS website, the guy who invented it said that NLS is the only thing that he gives his fish, including the Moorish Idol, which is meant to be hard to keep. If they are taking the NLS, I'd stick with it.
Sorry I'm not more help :)

I pretty much only feed NLS Saltwater formula. However, occasionally I do feed either frozen mysis/brine shrimp - sometimes mixed together.

However, during the height of summer here, the glass shrimps in our local estuaries breed and there baby shrimps make awesome live food. I collect a couple of thousand at a time and throw in a couple of net fulls into the tank every day. The good thing is that as the shrimps are babies they are highly adaptable and can survive for a long time, provided they are not eaten in the initial or subsequent barrages from the fish :)

I feed mine NLS saltwater pellets. I am going to switch over to the thera formula once I run out of my current one but that won't be for a good while. I have been very impressed with the results i've gotten with feeding it. My clown started with a light orange color now it is incredibly orange.

Here is a photo from the first day I brought my clown home. It was fed frozen mysis while at the fish store.

Ditto. All my tanks, including the reef, get NLS. I do supplement the reef with a little frozen to ensure everyone is getting their full (green clown gobies are not the easiest fish out there). If you wanted to add more I would just add some frozen or maybe some live that you cultured. I am not a fan of Omega One. Their flakes and pellets contain artificial colors and multiple preservatives. I definitely think the NLS is better than Omega One. It has been all my freshwater fish have gotten for a few years now. Have you checked out all the info on their site?

Wow, I'm making the switch to NLS from sera for our SW tank. I already use it in my goldfish tank and love it, but after seeing the color change in your clown, I'm making the switch. My clowns look like the one in your first pic. Thats impressive.

I won't restock the Omega One. After seeing the pictures, I will stick with NLS and the occasional frozen cube and/or live foods. Thanks.
