I usually feed my UDC small pieces of algae discs, but was wondering if there is some kind of live animal/insect I could add to the tank that he could eat. Just once and a while, for a nice treat.

UDC aren't very fussy eaters, as they accept all flake and frozen foods. They particulary love freeze dried bloodworms, but eat just about any offerred food.

anything living? I know there was a dragonfly nymph in my tank when I got some new plants, and it ate it. Could I get something live that would be able to reproduce fast enough to feed the udc?
