power compact lights

Does anyone have experience w/power compacts in a 29 gallon tank. I have a moderatly planted tank and was wondering if the single or dual light (65 or 130 watt)would be best w/o an excessive algea growth or heat

with power compacts, i assume we're talking about h.o. compacts? i would recommend a fan for them as they generate a lot more heat then a standard florescent bulb does. are your plants that you have presently high light, mid, or low light plants?
