Sorry I can't take a picture...beyond my camera capabilities. It is like a translucent rolee polee with antennae. I think it is some sort of shrimp. Just wanted to know if it was a pest or just a common harmless hitchhiker. I am new to SW so I have no clue.

I would say it is most likely a pod also. They are harmless and are good fish food. Here is a photo of a common one, I have dozens of these in my tanks completely harmless. http://www.melevsreef.com/id/amphipod.html

That looks like the critter...a little more translucent probably because it is not mature.
