Wow!! What Are His Tankmates
I have 6 of these that I am growing on in the hope of getting a breeding pair,
they share the tank with some juvie Rotkiel Severiums that I am also
growing on.

Any Agression?
Not so far, they have plenty of room in a 100g but as they grow or
start to pair of I expect the Nics to become more aggressive and
then I will seperate them and sell/trade the fish that haven't paired up.

Nics are among the most mellow of the larger Cichlids even when breeding, because they are so secretive about it. You've got a way to go, though, as those are youngsters you have. They also like more of their kind, as Nics form loose schools in nature.
